It’s not everyday that a $1.2M+ Ferrari LaFerrari is spotted cruising the streets, let alone one in a primer-like colour in the trendy Beverly Hills area. Known Los Angeles-based car spotter / photogarpher DLMphotos was cruising the streets when he came across this V12 hypercar opening the pipes. Unlike most other LaFerrari beauties, this rare pony is finished in Grigio Medio – a colour that rarely sees metal in the Ferrari workshop and is usually special order. As if that’s not enough the car packs plenty of carbon fiber options and gunmetal wheels to top things off.
For those that don’t know much about the V12 monster from Maranello, Italy, it is currently the pinnacle of automotive engineering alongside others such as the McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 – all of which are hybrids too! Output from the LaFerrari is rated at 950-horsepower thanks to a combination of electric motors working with the 6.3-liter V12 engine. Specs list that the LaFerrari can do a sprint from 0-60mph in under 3-seconds and a top speed of 217mph. As if those figures aren’t impressive enough, only 499 models will be made of this specialized prancing horse, but most certainly none will come in Grigio Medio… and that’s a good thing.
