Team Wolfpack, Josh Cartu, and Sullivan Stapleton take on Gumball 3000


The 2016 edition of the globally famous Gumball 3000 rally is due to start in little over one week and for this year, the established layout will be taking more than 100 competitors all the way across Europe from Dublin, Ireland to Bucharest, Romania. Once again a large number of celebrities will be joining in on the race, including people like Eve, Afrojack, Xzibit, David Hasselhof, Josh Cartu, Tony Hawk, Sullivan Stapleton and many more.


One of the main teams to take on the rally this year will be Team Wolfpack and they’ve got quite an interesting line-up of drivers and cars ready to hit the road! Ferrari race driver Josh Cartu (@jcartu) – who grew up in Canada – will be bringing his limited edition Ferrari F12 TDF, with only 799 of them ever made.


300:Rise of an Empire main star, Sullivan Stapleton will be his copilot for the race, as they will be taking on some of Europe’s biggest cities, with millions of fans set to come over and meet them throughout the journey.


On the 1st of May the team will be departing from Dublin, heading out for Belfast, and Edinburgh, which will be the first stop on the route. Manchester will be the next checkpoint in the United Kingdom, and then the teams will be heading for the capital city of London. On the third of May, Team Wolfpack will be on the move again, heading into Germany, for a quick stopover before Prague in the Czech Republic.


On the 5th of May, all the cars will arrive in Hungary, where they will be spending a few hours at the famous Formula 1 race track of Hungaroring, before stopping overnight in the capital city of Budapest. The last leg of the race will see the array of supercars taking on Romania, with a first stop in the cultural city of Sibiu, before the last leg of the race which ends in front of one of the largest buildings in the world, the People’s Palace in Bucharest.
